Giovanni Pernice, 30, and Maura Higgins, 30, have sparked rumours that they are an item after sharing very similar photos from inside Wembley Stadium at the weekend. The Strictly Come Dancing professional and the former Love Island finalist both posted Instagram snaps with the same view while watching Italy vs. Austria in the Euros.
The duo fuelled speculation on social media again when Maura posted a clip of the football match, where she gave her 3.2 million followers a tour around the stadium.
She then posted a selfie of herself enjoying the match in the crowd.
Giovanni also shared a similar snap from the same location in view of his 425,000 followers.
The dancer also posted a video of himself at the match while looking dapper in a pink suit.
Giovanni was filmed singing and cheering in the crowd in the clip.
He penned alongside it: “#EnjoyThe Rivalry #SupportResponsibly #StarOfTheMatch #Heineken #Euro2020.”
Express.co.uk has contacted Giovanni and Maura’s representatives for comment.
Maura and Giovanni have also been liking each other’s social media photos in recent weeks after following one another, according to OK! Magazine.
It comes after the stars reportedly checked into the same Cornish hotel a few weeks ago.
Maura posted a photo of the picturesque views from the hotel this month, which she branded “pretty”.
Another guest, named Gail Muller, also snapped the sunset and wrote: “Ooh and finally finally you just never know who you’ll spot at a place like @polurrianonthelizard!!
“I spotted two Love Islanders and a rather well known dancer.

“But I was much more into these views in the stunning Cornish weather.”
Giovanni was also seen chatting to fans and posing for selfies outside the hotel.
Maura recently split from her Love Island co-star Chris Taylor.
Speaking out on the news at the time, the reality star wrote on Instagram: “It breaks my heart to even type this, but I wanted to let everyone know that myself and Chris have made the joint decision to end our relationship.
“There is no wrongdoing on either side… we still love, care and respect each other deeply. From the minute we met each other we’ve been very close friends and that will never change.
“There is no regret. Life is about taking chances. We wanted to make this work but we have realised we work better being friends.”
Giovanni was previously dating Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts, until they split in 2020.
Announcing their break-up on Twitter, the BBC star wrote: “@ImAshleyRoberts and I have made the decision to separate as a couple.
“We remain friends and wish each other well for the future.”
