Strictly Come Dancing hopeful Kaye Adams may have shared a little too much information about her rehearsals for the show this evening. The 59-year-old told her fans about an oversharing comment she made to her friend Nadia Sawalha infront of her 27-year-old dance partner, which left many laughing.
Kaye shared a picture of her and Kai rehearsing for this weekend’s dance, in view of her 145,000 followers.
The Loose Women star appeared to be dancing to an energetic move alongside her pro for their upcoming Charleston routine.
She captioned the picture: “@nadiasawalha asked me how the training is going. I said ‘my tena-lady runneth over’.”
Kate went on to apologise to Kai, adding: “Poor guy is so young he isn’t got a clue what I’m on about!”(sic)
Admitting he was lost by her words, he replied: “I still don’t know what this means.”
One of her followers named Dawnie.harvey wrote: “Glad to see you so ha-pee Kaye… there’s a clue there @kaiwidd.”
Gailledwards commented: “Probably best he doesn’t know x.”
Clare__lc typed: “Oh Kaye you are b****y hilarious, keep up the good work and good luck for the next dance.”
Flornalivingstone: “I just love your sense of humour. You are my favourite couple.”
Speaking to her Loose Women colleagues last week, Kaye reflected on Ruth Langsford’s warning about getting “very sweaty down there”.
Her friend and ex Strictly contestant took part on the show back in 2017 with Anton Du Beke.
Kaye said of their conversation: “She told me, warts and all but in a really supportive way, which was nice.

“But she did make me laugh… [She said] ‘You will get very sweaty down there. You’re gonna be sweaty down there when you’re training… very sweaty.'”
“‘So what I had was a little lady’s bag. A couple of pantyliners…’ Little tips, just to keep you going so I’m gonna get that lady bag,” Kaye added.
The journalist went on to say she was “absolutely terrified” about performing, admitting she couldn’t dance at all.
Despite her worries, Kaye was praised for her efforts last week with Kai.
The dancing duo received 21 out of 40 points from the four judges.
This week, they will dance a Charleston to Music! Music! Music! By Dorothy Provine.
All couples’ scores from last week will be added onto what they receive this week and the public vote will be back.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 7pm on BBC One.
