Lucifer star, Tom Ellis, 41, who is married to screenwriter Meaghan Oppenheimer, 34, has spoken out and said he and his wife “don’t accept bullies” after fans trolled his family online. The Miranda favourite bluntly told the Twitter trolls to “back the f**k off” and claimed they “are not welcome” in his “Lucifan” community.

Once he had gathered his thoughts, Tom tweeted to his 901,000 followers last night: “Just taking a sec out of spending time with my beautiful family to kindly ask anyone trolling me or my wife and claiming to be a #lucifan to Back the f**k off.
“You are not welcome and never will be. We don’t accept bullies. Laters.”
Express.co.uk have contacted a representative for Tom Ellis for comment.
While it is not clear what the trolls said, it wasn’t long before fans waded in to reassure the TV star.
One replied to the Welsh actor: “I don’t know what happened to this fandom, it’s so sad.
“I looked at other fandoms and never thought it would happen to us. There was always so much love and respect. So heartbreaking for everyone.”
Another remarked: “I’m sorry that you and Meaghan are being harassed. For me, you are two human people with a big heart who think of others.
“Real fans love to chat with you and wait for your tweets.”
A third added: “Well said, Tom. I’m so sorry that you and your family have to deal with such stupidity and rudeness by some people.
“You are amazing human beings and I don’t understand why some people do it. We love you and Meaghan so much. Wish you and your family all the best.”
After Tom and Meaghan began dating in 2015, the pair tied the knot last year.
The couple exchanged their vows at a lavish ceremony in Santa Ynez Valley in California.

Tom shares his daughters Marnie and Florence with his former spouse and EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite, 49.
Tamzin and Tom separated in 2014 after eight years of marriage.
The soap actress has now moved on with her boyfriend Tom Child, 28, after they started dating in 2018.
While there is a noticeable age gap between the two, Tamzin previously claimed “it does work” in an interview on Lorraine.
“It’s about energy and about connection, I think,” she began.
“It doesn’t matter how much you fight it – there’s 20 years between us.”
Tamzin went on to explain: “He just must never shave the beard off because that would be horrific for me!
“I tell you what it is, when you get to this age, you stop caring what people think.”
