Look, we may never get the Friends reunion special of our dreams, but every now and then, we do get to see cast-mates from the hit NBC show meet up with one another. And recently, co-stars Courtney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, and Matt LeBlanc had their own mini reunion — and posted about it.
“A rare night and I love it,” Cox captioned a photo posted to her Instagram account on Oct. 6 of herself, Aniston and LeBlanc.
It’s no surprise Cox and Aniston would be hanging out; the two have stayed in touch since the show ended in May 2004 and continue to remain close. But Cox also keeps in touch with co-star Lisa Kudrow, posting in June: “How lucky am I to celebrate my birthday with these two??? I love you girls. So much ♥️”
Cox also posted a photo of herself and Kudrow in September, alongside director and producer Judd Apatow and “I Warned Myself” singer Charlie Puth. “Trying to play it cool with all this heat. #friends25,” Cox captioned the photo.
Friends celebrates its 25-year anniversary this year, with many retailers — from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to LEGO — releasing their own tributes to the TV show. Pottery Barn has a Friends-inspired collection of 14 products, including accessories, furniture, textiles, and tabletop items, from Central Perk mugs to — yep, you guessed it — Rachel’s Pottery Barn apothecary table. And LEGO created an incredibly detailed collectible Central Perk set that includes the whole gang in figurine form.
More mini Friends reunions, please!
