US sweet chain Van Leeuwen Ice Cream has become synonymous with eccentric flavors that garner a repeat description. The imprint’s Hidden Valley Ranch-flavored ice cream was an instant hit, proving that savory treats can become desserts.
To kick off summertime, Van Leeuwen is collaborating with renowned artist Keith Haring on his very own flavor. The collaboration celebrates Pride Month while honoring Keith Haring’s pop art style. The ice cream maker’s handmade treat receives Passion Fruit Berry Pop flavoring, previewing a combination of purple, yellow, and red hues.
The sorbet blends blue raspberry and yellow passion fruit ice cream with strawberry jam swirls inspired by Keith Haring’s vibrant artwork. Collaborative branding decorated the packaging with Haring’s dancing men illustrations, available in scoop and pint sizes.
The Keith Haring x Van Leeuwen Ice Cream collaboration will be available from June 1 alongside limited-edition merchandise online and at select locations.
