Helen Skelton has really made the most of her 40th birthday celebrations.
The former Blue Peter presenter marked the milestone in the best way as she was surrounded by her loved ones and truly ‘milked’ the occasion.
She shared a video of herself, her three children and her family celebrating at a stunning lake.
Strictly Come Dancing star Helen, who split from ex husband Richie Myler last year shortly after giving birth to daughter Elsie, revealed she is ‘grateful’ in a heartfelt caption.
She wrote: ‘Milked it. Celebrated. Grateful for another spin around the sun. Marked the actual big bday doing things that make me smile with people that make me smile.
