If you still haven’t taken note of Reneé Rapp yet, you should! The singer and actress, who first burst into the scene as Regina George in Broadway’s Mean Girls: The Musical, is making a name for herself in the business one success after another. Following her starring role on Broadway, Rapp continued her firsts as she starred in Mindy Kaling’s The Sex Lives of College Girls and even released her first album Everything to Everyone. Oh, and did we mention she’s starring in the movie adaptation of Mean Girls: The Musical too?
To celebrate her newfound success, Rapp has closed on a very important purchase, a new Los Angeles home. Her home of choice is a modern two-story in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. At $3.7 million, the home boasts four bedrooms and five baths with just over 3,400 square feet of expansive open-concept living.

Peaking the Outside
In the great room, vertical windows open up to the outside as well as sliding glass doors that connect to the backyard.
In the kitchen, the dual islands make for the ultimate chef’s kitchen with one island for cooking, and another for eating.
In the master bedroom, Rapp will find a total oasis with a wide horizontal fireplace, two balconies and a brand-new a walk-in closet.
In addition to cooking inside the home, Rapp can host plenty of outside pool parties and dinners in this al fresco kitchen that includes a barbecue, pizza oven, Green Egg and seated bar.
Built just this year, this home is a vision for clean and modern design.
