OMEGA Pays Tribute to the Olympic Gold Medal With Special Edition Watches

With the Tokyo Olympics on the horizon, OMEGA wants to honor the commitment of going for the gold. The Swiss watchmaker has crafted two gold timepieces constructed from full 18K yellow gold as a tribute to the Games.

Since 1932, OMEGA has served as the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games and will continue this role for the 29th time this year. The new Seamaster Aqua Terra watches feature a radiant yellow gold casing and come in 38mm and 41mm sizes. Additionally, the watch has blue leather straps with a laser-engraved blue geometric pattern on the face. The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games emblem and this year’s logo can also be seen on the casebacks.

The new watches come with OMEGA’s full 5-year warranty and come in a special presentation box. The 38mm watch retails for $17,800 USD and the 41mm watch is priced at $18,500 USD. Both versions are currently available on a waiting list at OMEGA’s website
