Building on one of America’s favorite football Sunday snacks, Shake Shack is now introducing its new “Buffalo Chicken Sandwich” and “Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries.”
Serving as a hot take on the Chicken Shack, the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich features a hand-breaded, expertly seasoned, antibiotic-free chicken breast cooked sous-vide, smothered in Buffalo Sauce and topped with ranch sauce. The familiar mix is then served on a toasted potato bun with pickles and shredded lettuce. The Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries sees crispy crinkle cuts paired with cheese sauce and dusted with Buffalo seasoning and served with ranch sauce.
Accompanying Shake Shack’s spicy new menu items are a pair of limited-time shakes. “The Wake & Shake” features Red Bay coffee hand-spun with vanilla frozen custard, maple syrup and orange zest, with whipped cream and orange candies on top. While “The Chocolate Pie Shake” blends chocolate ganache toasted oat pie from Four & Twenty Blackbirds with hand-spun with chocolate frozen custard, topped with croissant cookie crumbles.
Shake Shack’s Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries, along with The Wake & Shake and The Chocolate Pie Shake are available now exclusively via Shack App early access with an official release January 28 through April 25.
