Tod's Factory Announces Exclusive Hender Scheme Collaboration

Italian fashion house Tod’s has announced a collaborative capsule with Japanese leather goods brand Hender Scheme.

Hender Scheme founder Ryo Kashiwazaki worked with Tod’s Creative Director Walter Chiapponi to combine Tod’s legacy with Hender Scheme’s contemporary approach dubbed “New Craft.” This project falls under Tod’s Factory, a creative lab made to realize unconventional projects in collaboration with artists and designers. Tod’s Factory provides Hender Scheme access to its iconography, artisanal know-how, and materials, allowing the brand to create a novel collection with complete creative freedom.

The capsule collection will launch in September with an official reveal set for Milan Fashion Week. Items will be available in select Tod’s boutiques, Tod’s online store, 10 Corso Como in Milan and Seoul, and Dover Street Market in Tokyo, Beijing, and Singapore. Stay tuned for more details on what the capsule products will be.
