NYC power dining continues its transition to Palm Beach — with even a famed former NYPD boss heading south to mingle with fellow New Yorkers.

Former New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly — New York’s longest-serving NYPD head who now works for a private intelligence firm — and wife Veronica were at chef Todd English’s restaurant Todd’s in the Florida enclave this weekend.

The couple, along with Douglas Elliman CEO Dottie Herman; philanthropist Jean Shafiroff; granddaughter of former Philippine President Sergio Osmena, Maria Victoria Osmena, and American Ballet Theatre Board member Anka Palitz, celebrated the birthday of lawyer Lieba Nesis at the hotspot.

Palm Beach has seen an influx of New Yorkers escaping the city during COVID-19. As Page Six reported, Upper East Siders have been spotted at Palm Beach outposts of high-end Manhattan eateries like Sant Ambroeus, La Goulue and Le Bilboquet.

Those who have been spotted dining in Palm Beach include New Jersey gov-turned-pundit Chris Christie, billionaire Julia Koch, philanthropist Gillian Miniter, construction exec William Gilbane and financier George Farias.
