WHAT TO DO

To blitz bingo wings, try the high plank cross-body toe touch, says celebrity personal trainer Nadya Fairweather (u-shape.co.uk).

Start as if you are about to do a press-up, with your hands flat on the mat, arms extended; but with your legs wider apart, balancing on your toes. Now extend one arm forward, then reach it back under yourself and across to touch your opposite toe.

If you are not too flexible, you can bend your legs. Hold for three seconds between each reach. Try for ten each side before resting. Go for 3-5 sets.

WHAT TO EAT

To help develop toned upper arms, nutritionist Shona Wilkinson (shonawilkinson.com) recommends the following foods.

Carrots contain beta carotene, which is converted into Vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A restores and regenerates damaged collagen — a lack of which can result in saggy skin.

Have you seen kakadu plums in the supermarkets yet? Keep an eye out for them because they contain 100 times more Vitamin C than an orange!

We need Vitamin C to help with collagen production.

Oysters are also a great source of selenium and zinc, which helps with your skin’s elastin content. As well as helping with elastin production, these are packed with antioxidant benefits.
