Home Bargains has joked it should make the switch after a shopper made an observation about how “out of this world” a particular section of the store is. The retailer shared a post on Instagram that got fans talking and many agreed that there is one aisle in particular that they can’t get enough of.

The post featured a tweet from shopper Dave Taylor who said: “I don’t know who needs to know this, but the biscuit aisle in Home Bargains is out of this world. So many biscuits.”

Sharing the observation with shoppers, Home Bargains joked : “Just call us Home and Biscuits.”

The post received almost 4,000 likes and hundreds of comments.

One shopper said: “Tell me something I don’t know tbh.”

Another added: “It’s me, I need to hear this.”

A third woman tagged a friend and said: “We know!”

While another replied: “I totally agree.”

A fifth said: “It literally is amazing.”

And a sixth added: “One of god’s gifts to us… it is amazing.”

It comes as Home Bargains has also been praised this week for its ‘cheap as chips’ cocktail glasses that shoppers say “look much more expensive”, reports Liverpool Echo.

The retailer shared a picture of 99p crystal-look tumbler glasses on its Instagram page and many were impressed.

One woman said: “Yes love them! I have got the talk tumblers and flutes too!” Another added: “I literally love them. I had to get the gin and hi-ball glasses too.”
