A MUM who won a £3.5million mansion for £10 in a raffle says most people flog their prize homes – but she kept hers for a touching reason.
Becca Pott, 32, scooped the five-bed home near Ascot in Berkshire after she entered the Omaze draw in February last year.
At the time she was living with her husband Ben and newborn daughter Ava in a two-bed flat in Leyton, east London.
Now the family, who also won a £20,000 cash prize, have moved into the luxury pad – and love their new life.
Becca told The Sunday Times: "We always knew we were going to move in and enjoy it for at least that first summer, just to experience living in a place like this as a family.
"But after a few weeks we realised we didn’t want to leave – so decided we should keep it.

Omaze said only three out of 15 winners in the past three years have chosen to live in their prize homes – with most either flogging or renting them.

The other two winners who chose not to sell up landed "ordinary-sized" properties in the posh London neighbourhoods of Islington and Wimbledon.
Dad-of-four Kevin Johnson, 34, moved straight away into the four-bed Islington mansion – which was just down the road from where the carpenter's family rented a three-bed flat.
But many winners cash in millions instead of moving into an oversized pad on the other side of the UK.
A stunning £4.5million seaside mansion complete with a swimming pool could be yours for just £10 – and it comes mortgage-free.
