Love Island star Samira Mighty has shocked fans this week as she ditched her usual brunette hair for a vixen red shade.
The former Islander shared the results of her home hair transformation on her Instagram page, writing “who is sheeeee” in the caption.
Comments came flooding in from Samira’s 868K followers, who praised the star on her fiery new hair colour.

“LOVEEEEEEE,” one fan wrote, “I loved being a redhead too! It made me feel VERY vixen.”
“Omg suits you soooo much,” another said.
But it wasn’t just Samira’s fans who supported her hair change. Her fellow Love Island stars flocked to the comment section as well.

The gorgeous post quickly racked up over 22K likes, and we can see why – Samira pulls off the look perfectly.
Shortly after posting, the star rushed to her Instagram stories to show off her new look, claiming, “I was born to be a redhead.”

Though we can only dream of achieving this look at home, it appears that the star’s new look is the result of a wig – which Samira styled with Beauty Works Professional Styler Curling Wand, £69.99 here.
Samira tagged hair stylist @eugenze in the post, who shared her own content of the Islander’s hair makeover to her Instagram account.
Eugenze posted a video of Samira after her transformation, writing: “This colour on Samira. Love it.”
To create Samira’s look, Eugenze used the Cherry Wig, £560 here, from her own Getmywig range.
But this isn’t the first time Samira has sported a wig from the brand. Last year, she wowed fans with a Beyoncé-inspired “bronde” look, where the star wore the Samira Wig, £620 here – a 20 inch honey blonde lace front.
In a short clip posted to her Instagram, the star posed with a towel on her head while lip syncing to “I’m not gonna do it girl” TikTok sound, before unveiling gorgeous buttery blonde lengths.
“Missing the Queen B vibez,” she captioned the video.
Although Beyoncé has sported many looks over the years, we bet Samira’s transformation was inspired by the singer’s iconic blonde hair at her album release party back in 2013.
