The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who live in Montecito, California, are preparing to welcome a sister for their 22-month-old son Archie this summer.

Harry, 36, told Oprah Winfrey on their much-hyped interview on CBS with Oprah on Sunday night, “It’s a girl!” They had made the pregnancy announcement in February after Meghan, 39, suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage last year.

He said his first thought was “amazing” when he learned they were having a girl, adding: “Just grateful. To have any child, any one or any two, would have been amazing.

“But to have a boy and then a girl, I mean what more can you ask for? Now we’ve got our family, we got the four of us and our two dogs.”

While the couple did not discuss what they were considering naming their daughter, fans immediately began speculating that they would call her Diana, to honor the memory of Harry’s iconic late mother.

“A mini Diana for Meghan and Harry,” one fan rejoiced.

“Name the baby Diana,” said another.

Prince Harry last year opened up about undergoing three years of therapy because he still hadn’t come to terms with the death of his mother.

Page Six exclusively revealed he had delved into his childhood trauma and the loss of his mother at a JP Morgan conference in Miami, the first time he and Meghan appeared at a public event since leaving the royal family.
