Lady Amelia and Eliza Spencer donned trendy blazers as they attended designer Veronica Beard’s summer party at The Serpentine last night.

The two sisters – who are nieces of the late Princess Diana – struck poses as they flaunted their chic ensembles at the event in London yesterday.

Lady Amelia, 30, opted for a green ensemble, wearing a pair of smart green trousers with a matching checked blazer.

Meanwhile her twin Lady Eliza, who earlier this year married her childhood sweetheart Greg Mallett, opted for a peach pink blazer and a pair of black jeans.

The sisters opted for similar neutral makeup, wearing their hair loose in waves across their shoulders.

Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia grew up between Constantia, South Africa, and their family’s seat, Althorp.

But since moving to London full time in 2021, Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia finally began stepping out of their eldest sibling Kitty’s shadow.

The twins quickly started appearing in society magazines like Tatler and Hello.

Amelia and Eliza, who are both signed to Storm Model Management, are looking forward to fulfilling long-held ambitions; Amelia hopes to become a wedding planner and Eliza dreams of being an interior designer.

And this summer is no different – with the twins attending a number of high profile fashion and society events in the past few months.

The Spencer sisters looked stunning in summery dresses at the preview of the Chelsea Flower Show last month.

While Lady Amelia, 30, chose a floaty, floral number from Sydney fashion brand Zimmermann, her twin opted for a slim-fit, turtleneck polka dot dress that was reminiscent of one worn by the sisters’ late aunt, Princess Diana, in the 1980s.

Lady Eliza’s long-sleeved pink dress was made by Italian-born, London-based designer Alessandra Rich, who is famous for feminine fashion with a twist.

Sharing a strong likeness with the dress Princess Diana wore to visit Freemantle Women’s Hospital in Australia on April 7 1983, Lady Eliza’s dress fell just below the knee and had a cinched waist.

Just a few weeks on from her South African wedding, Lady Amelia looked equally fashionable with a bold red clutch bag and matching heels.

Amelia and her husband Greg Mallett first met through mutual friends in Cape Town 13 years ago. In July 2020, Lady Amelia Spencer got engaged to long-term boyfriend Greg following a romantic proposal in South Africa.

The society beauty, who is the cousin of Princes William and Harry, met her real estate beau while they were both studying at the University of Cape Town.

The couple were together for 11 years before Greg, 32, popped the question at the exclusive Clouds Wine & Guest Estate in Stellenbosch.

Announcing their engagement on Instagram, Greg wrote: ‘So this was the best day of my life. 22nd of July 2020, I asked the love of my life to spend the rest of her life with me and she said YES.

‘Couldn’t be happier and I love you with all my heart @ameliaspencer15.’

In 2021, the couple relocated from South Africa to London shortly after Amelia’s big sister Kitty’s lavish wedding in Rome – with celebrations being spread over four days.

The couple tied-the-knot at exclusive venue at Quoin Rock Manor House on a mountaintop in the winelands of South Africa’s Western Cape on March 21.

The bride wore a custom Versace dress which took over two-and-a-half months to craft.

Speaking to Hello following their ceremony, Greg said: ‘My love for Amelia has been reborn. Every day I fall more in love with this beautiful human by my side.’
