While the MUA could have her pick of the cosmetics aisles, some of her favourite products are actually incredibly affordable – from a £3 blusher to the perfect liquid eyeliner for under £10.

Here Hannah shares her top 10 high-street make-up picks with OK!…

L’Oréal Paris Skin Paradise Tinted Moisturiser, currently £7.69 here

“If you’re looking for a quick and easy base product but don’t like too much make-up, then this is a brilliant option. With a great range of colours, it’s sheer enough to not look heavy but with enough pigment to even out your skin tone while creating a hydrated-looking glow to the skin.”

Max Factor Masterpiece High Precision Liquid Liner, £8.99 here

“I love a liquid liner but lots are tricky to use – too wet, too firm, too flimsy – but this liner is one of the best. The tip is long enough that you can easily slip it behind your lashes, and it’s perfectly saturated with enough product so you can draw the blackest of black lines easily. I usually draw lots of little dashes and connect them together rather than attempting a perfect line all at once.”

Maybelline Instant Anti-Age Eraser Concealer, £8.99 here

“A good under-eye concealer is a must in every makeup bag and I particularly like this one, thanks to its creamy, hydrating formula, good coverage and easy applicator – it’s great for quick touch-ups on the go.”

Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder, £4.49 here

“I’ve had this powder in my bag since I first started buying make-up! It’s totally dependable for setting make-up in place and mattifying where you want to. Use a make-up pad or a brush to lightly sweep the powder over the face or use a brush to stipple for a more matte finish.”

Lottie London Eyeshadow Palettes, £4.99 here

“The Lottie London shadow palettes are excellent if you’re looking to experiment with a bit of colour. With so many shades in each one, you can dip your toe into colours you may not have tried before without breaking the bank.”

No7 Instant Radiance Highlighter, £10 here

“Highlighter is that instant “pick me up” product that can make even the dullest of skin look radiant, and this one is excellent. Apply it under make-up or patted over the top to give skin that lusted-after youthful glow.”

NYX Professional Makeup Matte Bronzer, £8 here

“Bronzer isn’t just for the summer months. I use it all year round to create shape and dimension to the face, and matte bronzers are essential for this so you don’t end up with unwanted shimmer all over your face. Use it over the highest point of the face – the cheekbones, forehead, jawline and neck for subtle warmth and contouring.”

Revolution Precise Brow Pencil, £4 here

“Brows frame the eyes and the Revolution Precise Brow Pencil is a brilliantly affordable option. With its super fine tip you can draw light, feathery strokes through your brows for a really natural finish.”

NYX Professional Makeup Butter Gloss, £5.50 here

“Whether you wear it on its own or over lipstick, NYX Butter Gloss creates the most delicious shine without feeling too sticky.”

Collection Soft Glow Blush, £2.99 here

“Create a natural pop of colour with the Collection Soft Glow Blush placed just on the apples of the cheek. The creamy powder formula sits seamlessly on the skin for a really natural looking flush.”
