American rapper, singer, and songwriter Roddy Ricch is already spreading his wings and flying out of his Los Angeles roost. Records show the Compton-born rapper and songwriter’s contemporary home above the mountains of Beverly Hills has popped back up for sale, asking a speck under $6 million — or around $400,000 more than the 24-year-old “Feed Tha Streets” lyricist paid for the place last November.

According to Dirt, Tucked away on a secluded parcel of land spanning almost an acre — at the end of a lengthy gated driveway shared with three other estates — the beige-hued stucco structure was built way back in 1960, but has been significantly renovated and expanded since then. The main residence features four bedrooms and five baths spread across nearly 4,000 square feet of two-level living space, while additional guest quarters come complete with a kitchenette and bath.
Among the highlights: a spacious living room sporting a two-way fireplace and folding glass doors spilling outside, plus a casual dining area that connects to a galley-style kitchen outfitted with wood cabinetry, marble countertops, an eat-in island, and top-tier Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. An upstairs master suite displays a custom walk-in closet, separate lounge area, and luxe bath equipped with dual vanities, a soaking tub and windowed shower; and elsewhere is a junior-sized bedroom suite and bookshelf-lined office.
As for the park-like grounds, the backyard is terraced and hosts numerous spots for al fresco lounging and entertaining, along with a pool and spa flanked by a sundeck, sport court, and barbecue and bar setup. There’s also parking for at least six vehicles out front courtesy of a covered carport and motorcourt. An added bonus for Van Halen fans? Ricch’s estate just happens to sit right next door to the former home of the late and legendary Eddie Van Halen.
