Woman dating rollercoaster has bumpy sex life but says it’s ‘not priority’

A woman has opened up about her relationship with a rollercoaster after insisting it was love at first sight.

Gaëlle Engel has always been sexually attracted to objects before she met her match at Holiday Park in Hassloch, Germany.

Since meeting the rollercoaster named Sky Scream, the 43-year-old, from France, knew it was something special.

She said: "You could say that I'm sexually drawn to rollercoasters but since I met the Sky Scream ride, I understood what love was.

"I spend every moment dreaming of a carnal and fusional relationship with it."

Her relationship with Sky Scream is a change from her past experiences of dating men.

The artist has had three serious relationships with humans before, but found they didn't make her happy.

She explained: "I will not philosophise on these relationships that ruined my life but it was only suffering, physical and moral.

"The men I dated had a lot of issues with alcohol and it was a very hard time for me. But with Sky Scream, I feel completely confident."

And like any relationships, especially one with a rollercoaster, this one does have its ups and downs.

Sky Scream is in a theme park so it's not always easy for the couple to meet up.

And Gaëlle is unable to have a physical relationship with the rollercoaster.

To help them feel closer, she collects objects that represents him, for example a photo board and pillow printed with Sky Scream.

She added: "I see him so infrequently. But life made me understand that sex was not a priority in my relationship."

"And then, of course, I have the whole collection of objects that I bought from the theme park."

She also creates model works of various rollercoasters, which are on display around her home.

Although the relationship isn't perfect, Gaëlle is happier than ever as she claims "I understand what Love is with a capital L."
