A Place In The Sun's Danni Menzies says she quit her TV role to focus on finding her relationship – but is now single.
When asked if the show, which she presented for six years, helped or hindered her love life, she revealed it definitely did not make it easy.
Speaking at the W Channel Spring Launch, to celebrate the Channel moving onto Freeview (Channel 25) and Freesat (Channel 156) from Monday, March 28, Danni shared her thoughts with the Daily Star.
She said: "I left the show about a month ago.
"I've done it for six years and it's about time for a change and there were quite a few things that were hard to do when I was doing the show, like have a relationship.
"Like when you go on a date you're packing your bag every week doesn't really happen, so I just thought it's time for a change."
After leaving the show for lovey-dovey reasons, we hoped she would have been all coupled up.
However, she recently split from her man.
She added: "I actually broke up with someone yesterday – it was s***."
However, she still thinks her TV departure was the best choice and stated: "I think it was the right thing."
We have no doubt Danni would have them flocking to take her out, but Danni disagrees.
Danni may look like she'd steal many men's hearts, though, she says she actually deters them with most being "terrified" of her.
"You'd think that but men are terrified of me, I don't know why, I'm really nice," she said.
Talking about being a bit of a TV sex symbol, she said: "Am I? I don't know… How does that make me feel, I don't really think that myself but I guess that's nice. I guess going to the gym is worth it.
"It's a lot of pilates, running and working out and I've got one of those light masks, which my skin has gotten so much better after that."
On Danni's last day on set, she recalled being "super emotional" and "balled her eyes out" after a worthy send-off.
She explained: "Oh my gosh, I cried so much on my last show we were sitting having drinks and they brought out this laptop and videos of everybody saying goodbye and it had over 100 people on it and I balled my eyes out and then I drank a bottle of champagne."
