Amber Heard is set to appear in two movies following her loss in the bitter defamation lawsuit against ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The 36-year-old Aquaman actress was ordered to pay $15million (£12million) to her former husband after the jury found unanimously in his favour following a gruelling six-week trial.
But while some may have predicted a rapid decline in Amber's career, the actress already has two movies lined up for herself.
According to Macra, the star finished shooting her first movie, In The Fire, before the trial commenced.
Set in the 1800s and directed by Conor Allyn, the movie will see Amber playing a North American psychiatrist who heads to a remote plantation to take care of a boy with 'special abilities'.
It is not known when the movie will be released.
Meanwhile, she is also set to feature in Run Away With Me.
The upcoming flick depicts an American who falls in love with a model in Paris before they go on to discover the 'criminal underworld' of the European modelling industry.
The world watched on as Pirates Of The Caribbean star Johnny won his case against his ex-wife on June 1.
They were at loggerheads after he took the Aquaman star to court in Fairfax, Virginia, claiming she defamed him in a 2018 opinion piece published by The Washington Post.
Following the recent verdict, Johnny took to social media issuing a statement saying his life changed after Amber wrote the piece.
He penned: "Six years later, the jury gave me my life back. I am truly humbled.
"My decision to pursue this case, knowing very well the height of the legal hurdles that I would be facing and the inevitable, worldwide spectacle into my life, was only made after considerable thought.
"From the very beginning, the goal of bringing this case was to reveal the truth, regardless of the outcome. Speaking the truth was something I owed to my children and to all those who have remained steadfast in their support of me.
"I feel at peace knowing I have finally accomplished that."
However, Amber wasn't prepared for Johnny to have the final say.
The Hollywood star also used her Instagram page as a platform to voice her disappointment following the trial.
Her lengthy statement read: "The disappointment I feel today is beyond words. I’m heartbroken that the mountain of evidence still was not enough to stand up to the disproportionate power, influence, and sway of my ex-husband.
"I’m even more disappointed with what this verdict means for other women. It is a setback. It sets back the clock to a time when a woman who spoke up and spoke out could be publicly shamed and humiliated.
“I believe Johnny’s attorneys succeeded in getting the jury to overlook succeeded in getting the jury to overlook the key issue of Freedom of Speech and ignore evidence that was so conclusive that we won in the UK."
Amber concluded: "I’m sad I lost this case. But I am sadder still that I seem to have lost a right I thought I had as an American – to speak freely and openly."
Amber was also awarded $2million (£1.6million) in compensatory damages when the jury found for her in one statement of her countersuit regarding alleged defamatory comments from Johnny's former divorce lawyer Adam Waldman, meaning she now owes Johnny, 58, $8.35million (£6.6million).
