BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker left his fan divided after he shared a picture of his wife's "stew sandwich" online.
The 44 year old, who often posts glimpses of his family life on Instagram, left many followers rather confused when he showcased a "snack" made by his other half Sarah.
Presenting two slices of bread with stew slathered on both, Dan appeared happy to present his wholesome dish to fans which included no butter.
Captioning the photo, he wrote: "You can tell you’re married to a Yorkshire lass when she makes a his & hers stew sandwich with a bit of @hendersonsrelish for an evening snack #yorkshire."
Seeing the meal on their screens, Dan's followers rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts.
One fan wrote: "That's a thing of beauty, nearly as nice as my pie with soup on!! And no not gravy but vegetable soup."
Another follower also liked what they saw and penned: In all my days I’ve never heard of a stew sandwich …. I’m gonna try it though."
While a third said: "Absolutely my favourite thing I've seen on the Internet today. Strong and Northern."
But others were not as keen on the stew sandwich with one fan writing: "No no not for me."
Another said: "I don’t really want to say what this looks like…."
"It looks like something the dog brought up!!! I’m sure it tastes nice though x," a third added.
Dan's wife Sarah often shuns the limelight and is rarely seen on TV alongside her hubby or on his Instagram account.
But last year, the mother-of-three appeared in the audience of BBC's Strictly Come Dancing to support the former sports presenter.
While on the Saturday night show in October, Dan also sang his wife's praises after he and Strictly's Nadiya Bychkova dedicated a heartwarming performance to her.
He said: "I’m going to gush over her for a moment because she’s one of those people that the more you know her, the more you love her, and I’ve known her and loved her for over half my life."
The camera in the studio then panned to Sarah, with Dan adding: "There she is. She’s absolutely amazing. She is such a special person and I love her to bits.
"I hope she enjoyed that because we really loved that."
