Cheryl has revealed she has been struggling with her energy in one of her first Instagram posts since the death of Sarah Harding.

The 38-year-old singer has been pretty quiet on social media after her Girls Aloud bandmate passed away last month following a battle with cancer.

Cheryl did share one moving message saying she was she was not "emotionally, physically or mentally able to perform" at Birmingham Pride because of her grief.

She has now opened up about how she is doing in an Instagram video to promote her Feel vitamin range.

Looking stunning with her hair loose over her shoulders and natural-looking make-up, Cheryl said: "Hi everyone, so I was just coming on here to tell you that if you are looking for something to take that improves your hair, nails, skin and energy levels, which is something I have been struggling with, then you really need to get onto this Feel train.

"I promise you, Feel multivitamins are natural, completely natural, no plastic, not one nasty in them, very high science, very very good."

Cheryl has not made any public appearances since Sarah died.

Cancelling her Pride performance, she told fans that she was going through a "rollercoaster of emotions".

"Saying goodbye to somebody you spent such a massive piece of your life with is like nothing else," said the Fight For This Love singer.

"My heart is heavy. Grief is such a harsh experience and an absolute rollercoaster of emotions.

"Questions without answers and pain without resolve. So tumultuous and constant."

She told fans that she needed some time to "sit with" her feelings and process the grief after the loss.

Sarah told fans last August that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, and on 5 th September this year her mum posted a message on her Instagram page saying that she had died at the age of 39.
