Christine McGuinness looked incredible as she worked out at the gym in a sports bra and a pair of hotpants.
The 35-year-old, who recently celebrated her birthday, showed her 704k followers an intense workout routine, which consisted of leg curls and the pulldown's to flex her back muscles.
Before she started her gruelling workout that left her feeling "f***ed, Christine showed off her outfit made up of a white plunging sports bra and tiny black shorts that clung to her legs.

As she took to the pulldown machine, she showed her fans her rear end after completing the set, adding the caption: "Favourite always, strong back soft heart.
Christine then performed a handstand as she stretched her legs up against a wall, showcasing her incredible skill and flexibility. She wrote on the snap: "My chakras are aligned, now I can continue my day."
The blonde beauty's gym progress snaps come after she celebrated her 35th birthday on Monday (20th March).
Taking to Instagram she twirled around in a plunging, frilly mini dress with the sexy addition fixed to the top part of the dress.
Christine held a birthday cake in her hands as she performed a sexy dance on the set of her birthday shoot, wearing the dress with a feathered trim and intricate detailing all over the bodice.
"Imagine not showing up for you own life," she started in the caption. "It's my birthday and for 35 I'm going to give myself the gift of embracing my wonderfully chaotic brain."
Christine declared she would be "living freely" and said the video was a "more fun" way to celebrate her birthday.
"And for year 35 I'm going to give myself the gift of embracing my wonderfully chaotic brain," she added before writing: "Enjoying the rain and the rainbows, living freely to my absolute fullest
