GMBs Kate Garraway so proud as she shares exciting Laura Tobin news

Kate Garraway was left gushing after she shared her excitement over weather forecaster Laura Tobin's new career venture.

The Good Morning Britain presenter took to her Instagram to share how proud she was of Laura's book release while also revealing her astonishment regarding what she already learned from it.

Holding up Laura's book, Everyday Ways To Save Our Planet, Kate exclaimed "it's really good!"

Kate said: "It's actually here, it's in physical form!

"It's really good Laura, it's absolutely brilliant. And I've learnt, because I drink a lot of milk, that milk is disastrous."

Laura chimed: "There's so many things that's so surprising in this book."

Kate responded: "Tiny changes that won't make you feel like you're destroying your life, but they go a long way.

"It's really good, it's really good. Buy it!"

Fans also shared their joy regarding Laura's new publication while complimenting the pair on their gorgeous dresses.

One person penned: "Well done Laura brilliant. Where can I get your gorgeous dress from Kate."

Another added: "@lauratobinweather I heard your interview on Steve Wright. Superb. Am very keen on litter picking and more education on the impact of litter/plastics etc. And getting people to care for and respect their environment x."

A third said: "Congratulations @lauratobinweather this is amazing! Sounds just up my street x."

While a fourth shared: "You are both looking so beautiful in such beautiful dresses."

At the start of Laura's book, the GMB meteorologist wrote a heartfelt letter to her four-year-old daughter Charlotte.

Talking to Ranvir Singh about the letter on Lorraine, Laura said: "I just want to say to her that I'm really sorry.

"I'm sorry that we've known for such a long time that greenhouse gas emissions are causing pollution that are making our planet overheat.

"I'm sorry that the glaciers are melting and the polar bears don't have ice anymore."

She added: "I'm just sorry for all of the things we are doing that we could easily change… I hope that when she's my age, I'll be able to take her to Svalbard where I went and she'll see the things I saw and the landscape wouldn't have changed too much."
