Married at First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis presented a new look at a beauty launch last Tuesday in Sydney, saying goodbye her to Kim Kardashian lookalike days.
The 32-year-old is almost unrecognisable from season six’s Married at First Sight, after opting for cosmetic surgery and switching up her style.
She showed off her fresh appearance as she attended the Celeste Barber x MCoBeauty launch in Sydney.
Sporting her new lighter hair-do, her cheeks and lips looked noticeably fuller, sparking rumours of another round of filler.
Martha recently discussed cosmetic surgery on Instagram, revealing she had been “filled out” everywhere except her eyes.
She previously warned fans about cosmetic surgery risks after she suffered a botched lip filler, leaving her with an uneven mouth back in 2019.
Discussing her procedures on social media, the star said: "It's not just something that I do willy nilly. It is something that I have been considering for a long time, it is something that is really bothering me.
“It is something that is concerning to me and I want to fix it.”
Martha advised her followers to think before going under the knife and to choose their surgeon carefully based on a shared "aesthetic" vision.
She warned: “'There's so much risk involved. It looks easy, but there is so much more to it. It shouldn't be taken lightly and you should take time and consider it.”

This is not her first cosmetic procedure having previously undergone a nose job, boob job, Botox and fillers over the last decade, and she says she is planning on reshaping her jaw next.
Despite their unusual start to married life, Martha and her Married at First Sight husband Michael Brunelli are still together against the odds and live together in Sydney.
They recently sparked pregnancy rumours after fans noticed Michael patting Martha on the stomach after they posted a loved-up video.
Martha later shot down the speculation as she explained to her 552k followers that she was not pregnant, instead stating: “Alright so just wanted to say we are not waiting for a baby guys, we were just waiting for lunch.”
