One Direction fans were truly devastated back in 2015 when Zayn Malik decided to leave the band. Although it was a huge blow for the band, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson soldiered on for another year before they brought the band to an end completely in 2016. Since then, fans have been eager to learn of any chance that the band will be getting back together.
Most recently, Payne has been very active on a number of social medias.
And his latest TikTok stream, Payne was eager to look into how the rest of his fellow 1D boys were doing.
This brought him to the recently released meditation on the Calm app – voiced by none other than Harry Styles.
Over the course of the stream Payne spoke highly of his former bandmate, prompting fans to believe something was just around the corner for Directioners.
Liam flicked on the Calm app with Harry’s voice, bringing a smile to his face instantly.
“This is going to be really weird for me,” he explained. “Because I’m not used to hearing Harry’s voice in the morning as much as I used to be.”
Despite this sombre tone, he went on to grin at the camera.
He announced: “I mean, it’s just lovely, isn’t it?
“I feel better already, I really do feel better already.”
Despite how much Payne enjoyed the app, he added he would not be getting in line to add to the app’s celebrity repertoire.
He said: “He’s just got the most nicest, soothing… I mean mine would be like, ‘Hello, welcome to your bed, get in, shut up.'”
Fans were thrilled by Payne listening to Harry’s voice, with one writing on Twitter: “Liam listening to Harry’s Sleep Story and then saying ‘I mean, it’s just lovely, isn’t it.’ REALLY MADE MY DAY.”
Another agreed: “Oh my god. Liam listening to Harry’s sleep track is pure gold.” (sic)
With a third chiming in to say: “THIS JUST IN. Liam Payne confirmed 1D reunion.”
Unfortunately, nothing is actually confirmed just yet. All of the boys from 1D have remained quiet regarding any news of a potential reunion for now.

However, that doesn’t mean the chances of a reunion are slim.
Recently, the odds on a One Direction reunion were slashed, bringing further hope to the fandom.
Leading bookmaker Coral suggested the band will announce their reunion by the end of 2020.
The band have been given a very reasonable 1-4 odds on announcing their reunion.
Coral’s John Hill explained: “It is surely only a matter of time before the boys get back together and the betting suggests a reunion will be announced before the year is out.”
Unfortunately, it isn’t all good news, as it seems like the band could be getting back together without a key member.
Coral has odds on the band returning to the studio without Zayn Malik.
The odds on Malik’s return are not promising, at a disappointing 5-4.
John Hill added: “Unfortunately, that reunion is unlikely to include Zayn Malik according to our odds.
“We expect Zayn to continue concentrating on his solo career.”
