Christine previously told Daily Star Online about her workout snaps on Instagram, admitting her love of the gym isn't just to keep her body looking as it does.
She exclusively told us: "I'm a mum of children with additional needs and I need that headspace sometimes and the gym is the only place I can go to where I switch off.
"You just listen to music, exercise and I always, always come out feeling better. For me I go there for the mind, I don't go there for my figure, I don't go because I want to look any different, I go there because it makes me feel better mentally.
"But I think it is important to show the workouts because I can't preach enough how good it is for you mentally. I know exercise isn't for everyone, but for me it's the one thing that really works that gets me into that headspace."
