Simon Cowell, 60, is behind some of the biggest TV shows both in the UK and across the pond, as well as being the head honcho at Syco Entertainment.
A judge on Britain's Got Talent, X Factor and Pop Idol (before it was binned), as well as America's Got Talent and American Idol, the media mogul is known for his quick quips and cutting remarks.
And his acid-tongue and divisive opinions have done wonders for his bank account as it has been revealed he's rolling in cold, hard cash.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, the TV star is worth a mind-boggling £437million.
With a Hollywood Star on the Walk of Fame under his belt, coupled with appearing in Time’s 100 Most Influential People list twice, Simon has come a long way since his Hertfordshire beginnings.
His foray into TV kicked off in 2001 when he became part of the judging panel for the first series of UK Pop Idol which saw his profile sky-rocket over night.
The singing competition – a first during the early noughties – earned him a reported salary of £25m until the show finished in 2010.

His first TV judging gig helped him seal a spot on American Idol which turned him into a US household name and, on the back of his first Stateside appearance, he quickly founded Syco Entertainment – a record label behind some of the biggest global stars.
As the head of Syco, he launched a number of well received shows, including X Factor in the UK in 2004.
But his love of small screen programmes didn't stop there as he then created and produced Britain's Got Talent, America's Got Talent, and The X Factor USA.
Aside from music and TV, Simon has donated a sum of his earnings to several worldwide charity projects.
He brought stars from far and wide to collaborate on a charity single to help support the victims of the Grenfell Tower Fire, along with re-recording the single Everybody Hurts to raise money for the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
Simon appeared on Comic Relief Does The Apprentice and donated £25,000 for a fun fair ticket, and made a personal donation of £118,000 to support the Israel Defense Forces.
