The adorable pair clung to one another as they posed by a lake surrounded by greenery.
Taking to her official Instagram account, the stunning 21-year-old shared the pic to her 2.9million followers.
Posing with her arm on Chandler's chest, she opted for a black long-sleeved top as she grinned and stared into the camera lens.

Sporting a conservationist look, Chandler looked dapper in a green crocodile printed long-sleeved shirt which featured a buttoned up collar.
The loved-up pair flaunted their happiness with the snap and fans were nothing but supportive of the sweet couple.
To update her loyal fanbase, Bindi explained what she did for thanksgiving in the caption.
She wrote: "Spending Thanksgiving with Chandler’s wonderful family. Delicious food, sharing stories and enjoying time together.

Some fans speculated that Bindi wasn't spending the day with her remote family due to a feud, which according to Steve's older sister Joy Muscillo could threaten to "rip them apart".
She says Steve’s wife Terri and their children, Robert and Bindi 'alienated' themselves after his death – telling Daily Mail Australia that the situation is "very sad".
Joy was a member of staff at Beerwah Reptile Park which was later Australia Zoo, where she worked alongside her family.
She claimed Steve's wife Terri "walked her husband out" of the zoo in 2008.
After this, Joy decided to quit, as did her adult children and father Bob who worked there too.
