The soap star, 25, revealed that she's had a "tough" time recently but promised to be cheerful as she revealed their daily routine in isolation.

She started the video by saying: "I was planning on doing a vlog on Wednesday and I was just having a really tough few days.

"Obviously I know what triggered it, everyone is feeling anxious or down or feeling like they've got cabin fever.

"For the last few days, today is a good day and yesterday was a good day but I've just been feeling really emotional and really missing my mum and my dad and my sisters, we're really really close and this is the longest by far I've not been able to see them.

"I know FaceTime is really good for that and helps, but it's just not the same. I just want a hug. I know that everyone is going through a really hard time and I'm not going to spend this video talking about why I was sad because I want to come at you guys with some positivity and keep your spirits up but also be positive with you.

"But I've been really lucky, I've got Al and Sienna who lift my spirits and it won't be long before I get to see them again."

The YouTube star kick started her day with an almond Cappuccino made in a fancy coffee machine as pondered over what she could have for breakfast.

She explained that the two have been going on a lot of walks recently, but when Alan's six-year-old daughter Sienna-Rae is staying with them, the trio go on a bike ride together instead.

For breakfast Alan plated up a fried egg, mushrooms, spinach and grilled halloumi.

As the actress sipped on her coffee, she told her subscribers that after their 5-6 mile walk, she usually reads a book, cleans the house or prepares content for her YouTube channel, while Alan does some form of DIY around the house.

She joked: "I swear he's breaking things to re-fix them."

The two certainly worked up an appetite after their walk and for lunch they munched on some humous, peppers, celery and downed a few glasses of rose in the garden.

After hours of lounging around in the garden, they soon realised they needed to start preparing their BBQ

Tisha joked: "I'm going to eat something because I've had a couple of glasses of rose and I'm feeling a bit tipsy and need to soak it up with a bit of food."

For dinner they feasted on some veggie burgers, sausages, burgers, corn on the cob and finished their day with a Hunger Games marathon paired with some popcorn and a cup of tea.

Alan, 37, recently made the most of their isolation by turning into a fast food chef for Sienna-Rae.

The star, who is best known for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the popular ITV soap, shared the snap with his 158k followers on Instagram.

He rustled up a storm for his only child, who he shares with ex Lucy Jo-Hudson, by creating a make shift Happy Meal box with "McDaddy" written on it.

The feast consisted of some tasty chicken dippers, chips and a fruit shoot.

Alan even chucked in a free toy with the meal and a tiny jar of ketchup to make it as realistic as possible and captioned the post: "Sienna wanted a McDonalds… with a McDaddys."

The soap star recently posted a picture of himself alongside his girlfriend Tisha Merry and daughter Sienna-Rae – telling fans he had “everything he needed” during isolation.

Both Tisha and Alan went public with their romance in May 2019, sharing a snap of them kissing at a wedding in Cheshire.

Their relationship has been going from strength to strength and in September Alan invited her to move into his £750,000 dream home that he created with his ex-wife.
