Strictly Come Dancing fans tuned in to see a wide range of spooky themed dances on Saturday night as the BBC dance contest celebrated Halloween. The professional dancers opened the show with a routine inspired by movie villains, however many viewers were shocked by Alijaz’s appearance during the dance.
The performance featured the Strictly professionals dressed up as a variety of heroes and villains from popular movies.
Fans spotted famous film characters such as: Darth Vader, The Joker, Harley Quinn, Hannibal Lecter, and the Wicked Witch of the West.
However, it was Alijaz who caught the eye of viewers in his Lord Voldemort costume.
Upon seeing the unusual routine, Strictly fans quickly took to Twitter to comment on Alijaz’s “creepy” appearance as the Harry Potter villain.
“Is that Alijaz as Voldemort? I’m screeching. This is the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen and I loved it #Strictly” @monicanen remarked.
