Awkward moment This Morning’s Andi Peters 'snubs' co-host Rochelle Humes – and she falls to the floor laughing | The Sun

THIS Morning’s Andi Peters 'snubbed' his co-host Rochelle Humes during today's show – but thankfully she fell to the floor laughing.

Rochelle, 34, enjoyed major success with her former band, The Saturdays, releasing four albums and 13 top ten singles in the late noughties and early 2010s.

But Andi, 53, was surprised to learn the girls had done so well in a very awkward moment.

The embarrassing blunder came about when he asked the singer if she'd ever recorded a song about Mondays.

After she confirmed that she had not, he pressed her on whether they had put out any albums.

Taken aback, Rochelle responded, "Yeah, we had quite a few," while attempting to laugh off the gaffe.

"Album, albums? Like with 12 songs," he probed, "I mean, I know JLS did."

Rochelle, whose husband is JLS' Marvin Humes, snapped, "Oh, charming! Yeah, we did three or four."

Digging himself a deeper hole, Andi concluded, "Wow, you had albums! I genuinely didn't know."

Rochelle cheekily slapped him on the shoulder and they swiftly moved on with the show.

Last year, The Saturdays' Una Healy revealed she was still hoping the group would reunite.

They were the most famous five-piece in pop since the Spice Girls and had hits including Up and Forever Is Over.

But Rochelle told The Sun just months previously that she couldn’t “ever imagine doing that again”.

But Una, in the band with Vanessa White, Frankie Bridge and Mollie King, said she would be open to returning as a four-piece, just as the Spice Girls did for their 2019 tour without Posh Spice Victoria Beckham.

The Irish singer said: “I would love to do something with the girls again. I’m ready for it, any time.

“If the phone call came to say, ‘You’re going back on tour in six months’, I’d be like, ‘Yes, absolutely, bring it on’.

“It would be best if it was all five. We always said that, if we were ever going to do anything again it would be very important that it’s all five of us. But if everybody isn’t on the same page and there is one that doesn’t want to do it or isn’t feeling it, they shouldn’t be forced into it.

“It is possible to do it without one member but I think if it was two or three, I don’t think The Saturdays would be The Saturdays.

“If there was one that didn’t want to, we wouldn’t force them into it and it’s their decision, but it would be so lovely if it was all five of us.”
