BAFTA fans spot Catherine Tates wardrobe issue as she wows in plunging gown

BAFTA viewers were left gushing at their TV screens over Catherine Tate’s jaw-dropping ensemble on Sunday night (May 14).

The 53-year-old telly legend was on hand to present an award at the star-studded ceremony – along with her Doctor Who co-star David Tennant.

And while many fans were over the moon to see the pair reunite – plenty were left distracted by her 'legendary cleavage' thanks to her skintight gown.

Taking to the stage alongside the Scottish actor, Carol oozed confidence and style as she squeezed her curves into a green leopard print dress.

And viewers soon rushed to Twitter to share their thoughts on the ensemble – with some noticing a makeover pattern.

Taking to the social media account, fans gushed over the TV star – who appeared on our screens for the second night in a row.

She made an appearance in Eurovision 2023 on Saturday night (May 13) – also in a figure-hugging dress.

“Bloody Norah! Catherine Tate!" proclaimed one fan, as another added: “Legendary cleavage from @catherine tate”

"Can Catherine breathe and how's her head after last night?!" mused a third viewer.

Someone else chimed and said: “I thought Catherine was having a bit of a wardrobe issue last night … clearly not … enjoy yourself!”

“Catherine Tate, from Eurovision to the BAFTA TV Awards. Been quite the weekend for her…" said a fourth social media user.

It was a jam-packed BAFTA ceremony – and things straight away took a savage turn when the show’s host made a savage dig at Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, amid their “feud.”

Opening the show, Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan didn’t hold back when they made a savage dig at fellow showbiz stars Holly and Phil.

“Some incredible programs are nominated tonight,” said Romesh.

“Imelda Staunton is here, that’s exciting isn’t it,” Rob added.

“She’s nominated for her performance in The Crown.

“Apparently Phil and Holly got to watch that a couple of days before everyone else,” he quipped in a savage dig to the This Morning pair, referring to them “skipping the que” to see the late Queen last year.
