The TV favourite shared a selection of photos to her Instagram Story as she kept fans updated on her day.
In one pic, Carol was beaming as she kept cool in the shade – holding onto a large straw hat.
Her highlighted hair is in loose waves over her shoulder, with Carol also wearing sunglasses as she smiled for the camera.
In a second snap, the maths whizz has swept her hair behind her shoulders, revealing her bust in the navy halterneck bikini top.
The sun is glowing on her skin, with the star looking coy as she posed for the camera.
She tagged where she'd bought her trendy sunglasses from, and added in a caption: "Cooling down".
