Chloe Madeley squats on This Morning as she demonstrates ‘how to get good butt’

This Morning returned to our screens today for the first show of the decade.

Eamonn Holmes and wife Ruth Langsford were on presenting duty on the ITV show as Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby enjoyed some time off.

The husband and wife duo welcomed today's guest fitness guru Chloe Madeley who was on hand to offer advice to on how to kickstart the New Year in a healthy fashion.

Richard and Judy's daughter, who has been training for eight years, admitted that she used to hate exercise and "bunked every PE session" at school.

Chloe, 32, said: "I hated exercise. I really did hate it.

"I'd look myself away to eat pot noodle."

Started running to deal with anxiety and then my life changed and I became physically and mentally strong."

Chloe got up off the sofa to demonstrate some moves on how ladies can get get a toned bum.

The blonde bombshell began squatting and Ruth couldn't help but get up and try out of the moves herself.

Eamonn later asked Chloe if her famous parents did any fitness training.

The host asked: "Does old Dicky do it?" referring to Chloe's dad Richard.

Chloe replied: "They are fit and active but don't train."

Chloe went on to reveal she's proud of husband James Haskell who recently starred in the latest series of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.

She told Eamonn and Ruth that she "missed" her hubby terribly and that he hasn't stopped eating since leaving the Austrialian jungle.

Chloe joked: "Even breakfast is a three course meal since he left the show."

This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am
