Dancing on Ice star Ria Hebden reveals her secret weapon that could help her win

DANCING on Ice star Ria Hebden has revealed her secret weapon that could help her win.

The presenter says having live TV experience will help keep her nerves in check when she makes her debut on the ice this Sunday.

Ria, 39, can usually be found offering up what's to watch on telly on Lorraine's ITV show every Friday.

But this weekend she's going to be on the most popular show of the night.

She's up against some stand-out characters who have impressive dance experience including Strictly's Brendan Cole and Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyat.

Revealing how she has an advantage over some of the other contestants, Ria said: "I think having the live TV experience helps.

"I know how to channel the adrenaline and the nerves, and also how to feed off the energy from the audience.

"I like to tell myself whenever I host an event that everyone in the room is there to support me and wants me to do well.
