DAVID Beckham has been accused of PRETENDING to cook Christmas dinner after fans spotted a chef in the background.
Earlier this week, the 45-year-old star's wife Victoria shared a video of the former footballer carving a succulent-looking turkey.
Dressed in a green tweed jacket, smart trousers, and a purple vest top over a shirt and tie, David is clearly concentrating as he tackles the bird.
Victoria simply captioned the clip: "Christmas dinner with the Beckhams x", with her followers assuming that David had been the one to cook.
However, one eagle-eyed fan took to Twitter to point out two other people in the background of the video, dressed in what looks like a red uniform – and one still in the kitchen as they seemingly prepared more food.
They wrote: "The hilarious thing about David Beckham carving the Turkey for the fam is the chef in the background looking at him likeeee…
"'You're carving it wrong mate!!' Oh, and he has now deleted the vid because it prob looks snobby and he was doing it badly!"
Victoria has confessed to having private chefs in the past, admitting that she is a "hopeless cook".
The famous family have been documenting much of their Christmas break on social media, with Posh and Becks celebrating the festive period in their Cotswolds home with their children Brooklyn, 20, 17-year-old Romeo, 14-year-old Cruz, and Harper, eight.
Yesterday, Victoria tickled her followers when she playfully trolled oldest son Brooklyn over his "dodgy top".
The fashion designer shared two photos of the aspiring photographer hugging little sister Harper alongside the captions: "When u love him soooo much!!
"Even if he is wearing a dodgy top".
The family also introduced their new puppy Sage to fans, with the pooch joining fellow Beckham dogs Olive and Fig.
