Big news and shock discoveries are at the centre of all the corners of soap this week.
EastEnders sees Lola Pearce decide to break the heartbreaking news to Lexi that she is dying, with an unexpected outcome at the end of the bombshell.
Over in Emmerdale, Charity Dingle is rocked by a huge discovery, one which leaves her forlorn and seemingly devastated, but Mackenzie Boyd jumps to all sorts of conclusions as a result.
Coronation Street sees Daisy Midgeley upset when stalker Justin confronts her once more, and Hollyoaks focuses on Maxine Minniver’s march for safety, which is interrupted by the police!

Jack goes too far in EastEnders – with shock consequences
Jack is fuming when he discovers that Ricky Jr. has offered to support Lily in bringing up their baby and he subsequently demands a meeting with Stacey and Martin to discuss things further. Jack insists they need to talk some sense into Lily, but Stacey says abortion is off the table, so the policeman tells the 12-year-old what her life will be like as a teen mum. Stacey, livid, bans the whole Branning family from having anything to do with the baby.
Daisy’s stalking terror in Coronation Street
Daisy receives a number of messages from stalker Justin, leaving her concerned. The barmaid subsequently attends a wedding fair and shares a post online, unaware that there is a poster of the event in the background. Justin rocks up, much to Daisy’s horror, and it comes to light that he thinks they’re getting married. Later, after being warned off, Justin tells Daisy that he’s prepared to give her time to break the news to Daniel that she doesn’t love him any more!
Charity receives big news in Emmerdale
Charity receives news over the phone that knocks her for six, leaving Mackenzie convinced that she knows about the baby. Grabbing a bottle of vodka, she steals Caleb’s car keys and invites Cain along for the ride – and the reason for her upset comes comes to light.
Maxine’s setback amid powerful march in Hollyoaks
Maxine and Lizzie organise a protest for women’s safety, and a huge crowd arrives with placards and banners, ready to march. Before it can commence, however, Sam arrives, revealing that there has been a noise complaint made, and Maxine knows exactly who is to blame.
Lola tells Lexi that she’s dying in EastEnders
Lola decides that it’s time to tell Lexi that she is dying. The news hits Lexi like a ton of bricks but, instead of crying, she demands to go back to school, furious that her mum has lied to her.
Emma, meanwhile, has a word with her granddaughter, who remains oblivious about who she is.
Hope strikes back in Coronation Street
Hope confides in Sam that she intends to have her revenge for Cilla’s murder and needs his help. Sam reluctantly helps, coning Maria into handing over Vin-Diesel the weasel from the barber’s. Ordering Sam to go, Hope carefully places Vin Diesel’s mouth around the skin of her arm. Hope approaches Peanut and lets out a scream. Will she get her revenge?
Arthur and Marshall nearly kiss in Emmerdale
Arthur tells Laurel that his school’s LGBTQ History assembly has even cancelled, prompting her to make a call to the school, where she learns that one parent complained about it. Jai, meanwhile, makes an insensitive comment which leaves Arthur worried that his stepdad is trying to get him to suppress his sexuality. Later, Laurel tells Arthur that he can do his presentation at the assembly – but only when some parents have withdrawn their kids.
Marshall, meanwhile, comes to Arthur’s defence and there is a charged moment between the two, as he realises that Marshall actually is on his side. Arthur, however, tells the lad that if he’s not being honest with him then he needs to leave, but Marshall’s cool boy bravado is stripped away – and the two boys almost share a kiss.
Vicky’s life hangs in the balance in Hollyoaks
Vicky joins DeMarcus, Leah, Shing Lin and Charlie on a camping trip, but disaster soon strikes at the campsite when Vicky collapses. The teens try to wake her, but she’s unconscious and thus she’s rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
Leanne finds out the truth in Coronation Street
Nick receives word that Sam has been in a fight. Sam reveals that Damon gave him fighting tips, much to Nick’s horror, but Leanne is puzzled by his overreaction, prompting him to confess all, revealing that Damon is Harvey’s brother and that he’s using the bistro for drug deliveries!
Whitney receives news about the baby in EastEnders
Whitney is panicked when she experiences spotting, and Kat offers to go with her to the hospital to get checked out. At the hospital, Whitney is informed that her ultrasound has flagged up a situation with the baby.
