EMMERDALE fans are obsessed with newcomer Mackenzie Boyd after he ruined Charity Dingle’s life without a care in the world.
The hunky troublemaker – who is played by actor Lawrence Robb in the ITV soap – refused to believe the truth about his family from his sister Moira and decided to cause havoc in the village instead.
In tonight’s episode he strutted around like he owned the place.
After kidnapping Cain Dingle and finding himself beaten up by him, Mackenzie still managed to stand up the village hardman.
In a fiery exchange in the village he told him: “People round here, do they buy into this angry hardman thing? Big fish, little pond – is that it?
“Are you flirting with me? Big fish? Because that’s not my thing.”
And after dealing with Cain, Mackenzie shut down Matty’s attempts to talk to him before running into Charity and ruining her life.
When she begged him to tell the truth about their kiss meaning nothing, he realised Tracy was Vanessa’s sister and lied about what had really happened.
He lied and pretended they had been having an affair – ruining Charity’s chances of getting back with Vanessa.
And he tried to steal Jamie Tate’s new car, describing himself as a “Scottish Robin Hood, only I steal from the rich and keep for myself”.
While fans were horrified by his actions, they love having him stirring up drama in the village.
