Hosted by Holly Willoughby and Lee Mack, Freeze the Fear will see celebs face challenges in the icy landscape of Northern Italy.
Who is in the cast of Freeze the Fear?
There are eight celebrities who will live in a small tented village together.
Challenges will get tougher each week as they progress with their training with extreme athlete Wim Hof.
Professor Green
British rapper Stephen Manderson is best known by his stage name Professor Green.
The 36-year-old hails from Hackney, London and has multiple chart topping singles to his name.
He is also an activist for mental health and a TV personality, alongside his music career.

Tamzin Outhwaite
Born November 5, 1970, Tamzin Outhwaite has starred in many theatre and television shows.
She rose to fame as Mel Owen in BBC soap EastEnders.
Tamzin, 51, has appeared in many popular British shows such as Death in Paradise, Doctor Who and New Tricks.
Dianne Buswell
Best known for her career as a professional dancer on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, which Dianne Buswell joined in 2017.
Dianne, 32, made it all the way to the final in 2018's competition with partner Joe Sugg.
She was born in Bunbury, Western Australia and began dancing at the age of five.
Gabby Logan
Presenter and former rhythmic gymnast, Gabby Logan is a regular face to sports fans.
The 48-year-old from Leeds has presented The Invictus Games, Sports Personality of the Year and guest starred on many panel shows.
She was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2020 New Years Honours for her services to sports broadcasting and promotion of women in sport.
