GINO D’Acampo goes from linguine to a mankini as he shocks fellow chef Gordon Ramsay and First Dates’ Fred Sirieix on a sauna visit during their ITV show’s Christmas special.
Desperately Seeking Santa, which is being screened on December 16, sees the trio head to Lapland so Gino can deliver a letter to Father Christmas for his eight-year-old daughter Mia.
They also try reindeer meat and feast with Lapland’s indigenous Sami people.
Back home, Gino has a few tips for anyone tackling the turkey.
He says: “Open a nice bottle of red wine.
"Don’t panic. Drink and forget – everything is going to be OK.”
