HELEN Flanagan has been praised by fans for breastfeeding her newborn son Charlie while out clothes shopping.
The 30-year-old star gave birth to her third child with fiancé Scott Sinclair last month, with the pair already mum and dad to five-year-old Matilda and three-year-old Delilah.
Taking to her Instagram page yesterday, the actress revealed that she'd wasted little time in exploring the shops after lockdown restrictions eased on Monday.
Helen shared a mirror selfie as she sat perched in a public dressing room, breastfeeding Charlie.
She is wearing a comfortable grey tracksuit, with Charlie keeping warm in a knitted blue cardigan with his name adorned on the back.
Helen looks happy and relaxed, with one of her daughters also in the shot – holding her mum's designer handbag as she kisses her on the forehead.
The star captioned the sweet snap: "So nice to have a wander around the shops today ????"
And her followers were quick to heap praise on the mum-of-three for normalising breastfeeding in public spaces.
One wrote: "Thanks for normalising breastfeeding ???????"
A second agreed: "?????good girl… you feed your baby with pride!!!"
Another added: "You look so at ease, it's beautiful."
One more shared: "Nice to find somewhere to feed now, I used to be shoved into a loo xxx well done you xxx"
Helen gave birth to Charlie on partner Scott's birthday, which he'd previously predicted would happen.
She was two days overdue, with Scott the first to announce the news with a sweet Instagram snap, writing: "I couldn’t ask for a better gift on my Birthday, what a blessing!!! welcome to the world son. Charlie Scott Sinclair 25/03/21."
Helen previously told The Sun that her third pregnancy was such an ordeal that she is refusing to have any more children.
The star suffered from Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), an extreme sickness condition, throughout both of her previous pregnancies – but it was worse than ever this time around.
Helen has had to have spells in hospital because of it, and been left bed-bound and unable to care for her daughters.
She told us in January: "I always really wanted four children, but after the hyperemesis this time, I could never go through it again.
"So the decision about having more children after this one has been taken out of my hands, really."
HG affects up to 5% of pregnant women, including Kate Middleton who was hospitalised because of it during her first pregnancy.
Helen shot to fame when she joined Coronation Street at the age of nine, playing Rosie Webster from 2000 until 2012.
