Holly Willoughby in a bikini as she soaks up the sun while working on her book

HOLLY Willoughby tinkered away on her new book while soaking up the sunshine in a stylish stripy bikini.

The This Morning star, 40, is making the final edits of her lifestyle piece Reflections, and the setting was perfect for it.

Looking fresh-faced and happy, Holly beamed for a selfie.

She wrote: "Saturday’s in the sunshine… it doesn’t get any better… using the time to make the final edits to my book ‘Reflections’… going through the manuscript, adding, clarifying, tweaking… getting it just perfect for you… not too much longer now… it’s available to preorder and the link is above in my bio… #reflections ? ? ✨."

Holly's pal Emma Bunton commented: "Can’t wait! X."

Fans were also full of praise, with one writing"You look beautiful❤️ I can't wait for your book ?."

Another said: "So beautiful ❤️ cannot wait for the book ! So excited to read… I’m sure it will be great lovely xx."

Reflections will address everything from body-image to burn out in the personal book “about finding your beauty, inside and out.”

The telly star described the experience of writing it as “intense” and said there are “pieces of her between the pages".

The book will feature both photographs of the star and illustrations.

Speaking about the project, she said: “I’m so excited to publish this book with Zennor and the team at Century. Reflections is a celebration of how inner and outer beauty can work together in perfect harmony, which hasn’t always come easily to me.

“I hope this starts a discussion and helps readers reflect on their own paths and on where they find themselves now.”

She continued:  “Writing this book has been an intense experience; there are pieces of me between the pages. It’s a one-off collection of personal essays, internal thoughts and stories.

"The time felt right to share this with you now and as our path goes on and we continue to walk along it, I can’t wait to hold your hand and walk together.”

She will use her own experience to look at “why we might simultaneously feel frantically busy and completely detached, the importance of listening to intuition and what it means to see yourself.”

The book apparently explores what it means to live a beautiful life in the modern world.”

Holly and her husband of 13 years Dan Baldwin are parents to Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and six-year-old Chester.
