LORRAINE Kelly quickly covered for Dancing On Ice's Graham Bell after he swore live on air.
The Olympian swapped the slopes for the ice rink but only lasted three weeks after an eventful time on the ITV show.
He appeared on Monday's Lorraine to talk about his time on the show and how he felt after getting eliminated.
Things probably weren't alway going to go well during his live interview after he admitted being "hungover".
"I'm not going to lie, I am a bit hungover. It wasn't much of a celebration. It was just come home, drink a couple of bottles of wine and binge on Discovery Of Witches season two," Graham said of his post-elimination activities.
He talked about the Sarajevo winter Olympics where as an 18-year-old he'd gotten boozy and climbed up a flag pole to steal an Olympic flag.
Graham, 55, how downhill skiers were some of the first athletes to compete at the Winter Olympics so it left plenty of time for fun after.
“You can always have a party afterwards and we had a good party in Sarajevo," he told Lorraine.
“I was sort of enjoying myself, climbed up a flag pole and was untying this flag and all my mates down the bottom, I thought they were down at the bottom but I looked down and they’d been replaced by armed police.
“I was like, ‘Oh sh*t.’ I climbed back down and they took me back to the Olympic Village in the back of a police car.”
Not realising his gaffe, Graham continued: “They did let me keep the Olympic flag and I’ve still got it.”
A bemused Lorraine gasped in horror at the swear word and covered her mouth in shock as Graham kept speaking.
“Oh well, that’s good,” Lorraine replied smiling. “See that’s a brilliant thing.”
At the end of the interview she was forced to apologise for Graham's slip up.
"Well, there you are, and Dancing On Ice continues on Sunday six o’clock on ITV and sorry for that wee naughty word which slipped out from Graham,” she said.
Graham's time on Dancing On Ice was marred in drama.
The athlete was due to feature in the first episode on January 17 but was forced to pull out of his debut after an accident caused partner Yebin to pull out.
During a freak accident in training, Yebin was injured when Graham's skate stabbed her in the shin.
The injury left her tendons exposed but thankfully didn't cut through nerves, bone, vessels or tendons – only the muscle.
Karina Mantras took over as his partner in week two but Graham was sent packing just one week later on January 31.
He is a former Olympic skier who is a TV presenter, adventurer and journalist who represented Britain at five Winter Games.
