Love Island will bring in its second bombshell just three days into the new series.

Whitney joins the villa in style as she's invited out for a date with André as he gets a text which reads: "André, Whitney is waiting for you at the beach for a champagne date! Please get ready to leave the Villa. #BigDayForDre #BaeWatch."

The excited islander says in the Beach Hut: "You've made my day!" as Tyrique tells him: "You got this. You’re the man, be yourself. Bring it home for the lads."

Later that evening the islanders all celebrate the arrival of bombshell Whitney.

Ahead of going in the show, Whitney said: "Why would you not want to date me? I've got triple B's – bum, boobs and brains."

She also said she's "very picky" and confessed that people may be "intimated" by her.

Whitney, who said she's the "life of the party" also stated that one thing that gives her the ick is guys that bite their nails, adding: "I have a thing about nice hands. I don't like guys in skinny jeans either."

But will she hit it off with Andre? After he was left single following Zachariah's decision to couple up with Catherine, he's hoping to see a spark.

In the Love Island first look, Whitney said: "I'm not afraid to go for what I want. If your man can be stolen, then was he really your man?"

So while she's going on a date with Andre, things could heat up with any lad in the villa.

Elsewhere in the villa, things were taking a turn for other couples, with Zachariah and Catherine heading to the terrace for their first date.

They're given a bottle of bubbles and a fruit and chocolate platter while Zachariah tells her he knew she was always going to pick him, but will they go the distance?

Meanwhile, Tyrique is playing the field as he heads over to the day beds to chat to Jess and tells her she "looked sexy", before adding: "You're a good kisser."

But with Ella in earshot, the drama could be kicking off sooner than planned.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
