Two Married at First Sight stars have become friends after the show, to support each other through their 'difficult' marriages.
Shona and Bianca have formed an unlikely bond on the outside, despite Shona being removed from the show soon after Bianca arrived.
Both brides were unlucky in love, with Shona exiting the E4 programme after producers became concerned for her well-being due to her husband's 'controlling and coercive' behaviour.
Meanwhile, Bianca's controversial husband, JJ, looks set to re-enter the current series with bride Ella instead, after failing to form romantic feelings for Bianca.
Now, the troubled wives have shared a message of solidarity for each other, posting a selfie of them spending time together on social media.
Shona wrote: "We really supported each other through the difficult process after MAFS."
She then tagged Bianca's account before adding: "You've got this, girl," with a love heart emoji.
Ella and JJ caused chaos on the current series when they had feelings for each other, despite them supposed to be working on their relationships with groom Nathaniel and bride Bianca.
Nathaniel and Bianca were left humiliated by their partners, with Nathaniel declaring "Guys, I'm leaving now, I've lost myself in the whole of this storm. Bye, I'm gone."
Gutted Bianca also began to sob, before she later called them both "f***ing liars."
Ella had been struggling to form physical intimacy in her platonic coupling with husband Nathaniel, while JJ had admitted that wife Bianca was 'not his usual type.'
After JJ announced that he usually goes for girls like Ella, who have 'had work done,' sparks then flew between the pair at a spa day when they admitted they fancied each other.
Meanwhile, Shona's husband Brad was accused of 'controlling' and 'manipulative' behaviour towards her throughout the series.
Experts Paul, Mel, and Charlene warned Brad that his behaviour towards Shona was becoming 'dangerous' as they were forced to step in on the new relationship.
Breaking her silence after being removed from the show, Shona said: "I could honestly write so much as there are so many factors involved with what goes down within our pairing, a lot of things which happen off camera and things that aren't aired… the good and the ugly.
"Most importantly, I need to remember how far I've come since then.
"I've truly learned so much on this journey, it's been a huge lesson for me, and it actually has been a very, very happy ending."
