JUNE Shannon is back in Georgia after working on her sobriety in Florida only days after she celebrated her one-year sober mark from drugs with boyfriend Geno Doak.
Mama June, 41, sold her Georgia home and left her children in 2019 for a drug-fueled bender with boyfriend Geno.
After working on their sobriety in Florida, Mama June is back in Georgia, as she posted on her Instagram Story while in the car: “Only in South GA.”
It is unclear if the duo has visited Mama June's family.
Mama June’s youngest daughter, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Shannon, 15, has been living with her sister Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon and her husband Josh Efird in Georgia.
The From Not to Hot: Family Crisis star recently celebrated one-year sober.
She captioned a photo with boyfriend Geno: “As I sit here this afternoon I’m so full of gratitude one that we have made it one year with no relapses when so many of the people we know have due to this crazy pandemic going on.
“My goal is to work inside of a rehab facility to be able to watch people come in at their lowest where I was a year ago n blossom into new amazing person n know my inbox is always open.”
In November, Mama June and Geno moved into a two-bedroom luxury condo in Florida that overlooks a golf course.
June and Geno were arrested for possession of a controlled substance – crack cocaine – and possession of drug paraphernalia – a crack pipe – in March 2019. The case remains ongoing.
The Sun was the first to exclusively report that Mama June and Geno entered rehab.
They checked into a rehab facility in Florida on the season finale of Mama June: From Not to Hot: Family Crisis.
Geno admitted the two spent $150,000 in six months on crack cocaine.
Geno said of if they continue their “vicious” lifestyle: “We’re not going to be alive.”
Mama June said after completing rehab: “The old June is back! I’m feeling good. Being back to my old self. I am definitely an addict. Nobody can tell what six months looks like. You can only take it a day at a time.
“The world better watch out. I’m back b****es. Here we go.”
Pumpkin, who is mom to daughter Ella, 3, revealed earlier this month that she still has custody of her little sister.
Alana recently revealed she has a boyfriend, as she said life “couldn’t be better.”
