Novak Djokovic is currently being held in an Australian detention centre after his visa was revoked and his Covid vaccine exemption questioned. Djokovic had previously expressed his opposition to demands for proof of his vaccination status, with his revelation of having had to apply for an exemption confirming he has not been jabbed. Dr Amir Khan said he was staggered at the reason the tennis player offered for his refusal, admitting he had never seen a case of the countereffects Djokovic cited.
Speaking to Lorraine, Dr Amir said: “It’s all kicking off.
“Medically speaking there are very few reasons to be exempt from vaccine.
“Chances of you being severely allergic to all vaccines is extremely rare, I’ve never come across it’
